Traveling as Couple
I chose this hotel because it is directly across the street from the Ford Amphitheater and I was there for a concert. The customer service and the smoky smelling room was unpleasant but the room served its purpose, provided a place to stay after the concert was over. ...read more

This hotel is a good value. Stayed here while spending the weekend at Busch gardens. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, and the price was excellent.

Traveling as Couple
Overall the room was good and had what I needed in the room (mini-fridge), however the view was not that desirable. Even though the room was just needed for a place to sleep during my husband's and my brief time there. It was conveniently located across the street from the Ford Ampitheatre which was great! The room was clean, and the staff was overall fine and exceptionally cold-which we liked, the bed was comfortable too. The only thing that I would have liked was to have a better view and not be placed in a room right across from the elevator. The price was excellent for just wanting a place to lay your head and close to Hard Rock Casino. Although the bed looked clean the floors were not and the hallways smelled badly.
